I stayed in a queen room for 8 nights that included coffee, Internet, and a fridge.

Convenience across from the university

Everything... They were very accommodating to our needs as a hockey team..

The bathroom counter had a burn mark on it from the iron when I walked in I made sure I reported it immediately as not to get blamed for it

The rooms are clean and immaculate. The staff are very kind. The location is great and unbeatable. It's close enough to the Crossgates mall, stores, and restaurants.

This hotel met what we needed in every way, would definitely recommend. Everything was nice, had a very nice stay during a road trip. Also, the location was nice and unbeatable, right by the city center and the Crossgates mall. Westland 

Service at front desk was exceptional. Ice water available in lobby

Construction in progress could have been more tidy. I.e. cleaned up at end of day. Was very sloppy in elevator area. Beds were too soft

It is a little bit far from everything, it only serves the albany university. however there is a bus station near the hotel. only 1 min walk. The TV included only local channels

Comfortable and modern room with free Wi-Fi, coffee, and fridge. The amenities are top-notch. Great location near a mall and the city for a festive holiday getaway. 🎄

We always try to stay at this Fairfield when traveling through Albany if the price is right. Great location, convenient to I-90, accommodating staff, near many restaurants, always clean, great breakfast selections.

The location is great when visiting UAlbany. The breakfast was nice.

Did not realize renovations were taking place. The elevators and hallways were messy. The fire alarm went off at 2:45 and we had to leave room for approximately 40 minutes. We were disappointed in our stay and were not informed beforehand about the renovations in progress.
